{"id":5881,"date":"2021-06-28T12:38:01","date_gmt":"2021-06-28T10:38:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.goldenvisa-greece.com\/?p=5881"},"modified":"2021-06-28T12:40:05","modified_gmt":"2021-06-28T10:40:05","slug":"athens-metro-line-4-the-largest-public-project-in-greece","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.goldenvisa-greece.com\/tr\/athens-metro-line-4-the-largest-public-project-in-greece\/","title":{"rendered":"Athens Metro Line 4: The Largest Public Project in Greece"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The construction contract for the new metro line in Athens, was signed by the company \u201cAttiko Metro SA\u201d and the association of companies \u201cJ&amp;P AVAX SA\u201d \u2013 GHELLA SpA \u2013 ALSTOM Transport SA\u201d in the presence of the Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Costas Karamanlis.<\/p>\n<p>The contract covers the construction of the <strong>12.8km<\/strong> Section A, which will run from Alsos Veikou via the city centre to Goudi, with <strong>15 stations<\/strong> including interchanges with lines 2 and 3.<\/p>\n<p>The PM, welcoming the signage of the contract, said that \u201cIt will serve the most densely populated areas, <strong>will add significant value to properties<\/strong>, and will provide access to the Metro at emblematic areas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>For Line 4, budgeted at<strong> 1.8 billion euros, 22 construction sites<\/strong> will be developed, from Alsos Veikou to Goudi and Katehaki.<\/p>\n<p>The U-shaped Line 4 consists of two radial legs to Galatsi and Marousi, as well as one central part that runs through the center of Athens.
